Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to apply architectural hardware product and service knowledge to provide advice to customers and other sales staff on the design, technical features and uses of architectural hardware and security products, ancillary items, prices and warranties. This unit applies to architectural hardware specifiers who analyse and compare information from a range of sources to respond to customer needs. Customers include those requiring architectural hardware schedules and products for construction and renovation projects.No licensing or certification requirements exist at the time of publication. Relevant legislation, industry standards and codes of practice within Australia must be applied. | ||
